Do I have to be an expert in Kajabi or know how to code?

Absolutely not! You don't have to be an expert in Kajabi or have any coding experience. Everything is set up natively in Kajabi, so you can easily modify each element with just a few clicks and drag-and-drops. Additionally, if you need any assistance, you can check out my YouTube channel✨where I provide short videos on specific questions about setting up your Kajabi template.

Do the templates include any copywriting help?

Yes, they do! All the pages have professionally written prompts to guide you through the copywriting process. It also includes sections and titles that are used by expert sellers.

Do you offer support after purchase?

Yes! We provide assistance through email, and we also offer a 30-minute call as part of the purchase.

The 30-minute call is like an emergency button for you. It's your last option if you feel overwhelmed with a specific function you don’t seem to grasp. Don’t hesitate to schedule your call – just remember, this call is not intended for redesigning or adding sections to the design you bought.

Your purchase grants you the license to use on 1 (one) site, whether for yourself or a client. For additional sites or clients, please purchase additional licenses. Our templates and their packaged files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced in any way. Also, due to the digital nature of this product, returns or refunds are not accepted.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately. If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please reach out to us or check your account on the official site. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you.
Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check your spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam.

How Can I Check The Status Of The Tracking?

Once your order has been shipped from our distribution center, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@refined.com.

Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any edits or substitutions. Once an order has been paid, our distribution center has processed it to be fulfilled in real time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipment. If you don't want the product, you can return it. Please refer to the return policy and contact us at support@refined.com.
